Sydney Pole is Australia's largest Pole Dancing & Fitness company, established in 2013 with 6 studios across NSW and QLD. Our goal has always been to bring people together through the positive power of pole, dancing and fitness.
We aim to create a community of fun, dedicated and passionate individuals who support and encourage each other to grow and flourish. Our studio is a safe and inviting space for people of all ages, sizes, ethnicities and genders who want to make friends, have fun and smash some pole & fitness goals!
We offer a range of pole dancing and fitness classes to suit everyone, from Beginners, Intermediate right through to Advanced! Classes include pole, aerial, fitness & flexibility, and dance. Our experienced instructors follow a structured curriculum to ensure you're always learning something new and pushing yourself in every class!
Sydney pole started with a really small team united by a love of pole and sense of community. With the individual strengths of each team member, Sydney Pole went through explosive expansion to being Australia’s largest pole studio - a centralised business and not a franchise model. There are 180 of us who keep Sydney Pole running across our Studio’s 6 locations, including Studio Managers, Front of House, Instructors and Head Office staff.
Across all 6 Studio locations we have capacity for 5,100 students to attend a class (plus practice time), and we offer over 400 classes per week.

We have a membership option, deliberately designed to provide flexibility across all locations, filled with perks to allow you to follow your fitness journey with whatever works best for you - wether that’s practice or to try new things. We add in things that will boost our students experience of being a part of Sydney Pole. Memberships include top up pack options and discounted branded merchandise. We love to reward their personal commitment to fitness and wellbeing.
