• Use your Class Pack to attend 1 x 5-Week Beginner Pole Class each week (or Lyra if you’ve chosen aerials instead)
• We recommend attending our Flexibility classes (purple), Aerial classes (orange - Beginner) or Dance classes (pink - Beginner or Open) with your free class!
• If you want to get started before 30th June, attend any of our Flexibility (purple) classes in the lead up to 5-Week Beginners. 
• Book your classes via the Sydney Pole Studios app. You can cancel your class with 6 hours notice, and re-use that class for another time.
• Your Class Pack is valid for 90 days from purchase date. Your pack will be added within 24 hours to your account.

Girlie Grip has a light fresh scent and comes in liquid form in a 2fl oz / 60ml flip-top bottle that’s a convenient size to carry with you.

Girlie Grip can be applied to your hands, body or directly on to your pole and is best for people with sweaty hands or whenever you need a firmer, stronger grip. It washes off easily with soap and water, leaves no residue and will not transfer to your clothing.

A few drops are all you need for a firm, confident, long lasting non-slip grip, you can stick a trick and still spin easily without re-applying.

Protect your knees! You can pole or do floorwork in these bad boys! They have little spot grips which help you grip to the pole. They come in black, beige and latte. 

How do I find the right size? 
The correct knee pad size can vary, and a lot of it comes down to personal preference on how tight or loose you like to wear them!

Care Instructions
Air your knee pads in between uses to keep them fresh.
If you find that you knee pads require washing on occasion, we strongly recommend HAND WASH ONLY in COLD WATER, with a gentle detergent.
