How do I find the right size? 
The correct knee pad size can vary, and a lot of it comes down to personal preference on how tight or loose you like to wear them!

Care Instructions
Air your knee pads in between uses to keep them fresh.
If you find that you knee pads require washing on occasion, we strongly recommend HAND WASH ONLY in COLD WATER, with a gentle detergent.

Love your floorwork and don't want to stick to the floor? These non-stick knee pads are perfect for rolling around on the floor! They come in beige or pink.
